It has been designed in such a way that with little efforts the entrepreneurs could use this software for maintaining their books of accounts and also use the reports.
The online version of AlignBooks provides a low-cost solution and the users save the cost in respect of expensive LAN infrastructure, data-backup, anti-virus protection etc. While its offline version provides smart solution to the key-board friendly users and those who want to save on costs by maintaining multi-company accounts on one
Though AlignBooks accounting software is one product but through its different mode and variants is capable to serve the needs and demand of every sort of customers in MSME segment and even of professionals serving them. The brief description about both online and offline products is depicted herein below:
- Online (Cloud Based) Application: (Offline functionality with synchronization capabilities to cloud)
- "Anytime - anywhere access and data security (being data on cloud)” is the smart feature that is associated with online accounting application. Along with this, the users have been provided with additional facility of doing work in offline mode through a desktop application and could synchronize the offline working with cloud for enjoying online features.
- The online version is available in three variants i.e. Basic, Premium and Ultima. The Basic is perfect tool for entrepreneurs who are not dealing in inventory items, while the Premium version is good for entrepreneurs dealing in inventory and Ultima is the ultimate variant with features like multi-location, multi-currency, Payroll, assets tracking etc.
- Pure Offline Application:
- Those who are only comfortable with offline application (key-board friendliness) and are not interested in purchasing license for every company could manage the multi-companies accounting on AlignBook’s offline solution. The offline software has full features of Ultima (online version) and could be used for multi companies accounting.
- In offline application there is one-time cost as the AMC is optional. If the user is looking for regular version updates then the AMC is mandatory @ 20% of MRP and by paying this AMC the user would be able to download the regular updates for next one year, just plugging with internet for few minutes.

Hi Don’t dare to buy this software, I purchased software on 30.08.2021 but till now Alignbook team is unable to resolve issues faced by me. I raised more than 20 to 30 tickets to resolve issue but without resolving all has been closed. Software is not fetching data properly and doing duplicate entry automatically. If anybody is planning to buy so you can mail at enterpriseaditri@gmail.com so i can share my worst experience with you. Otherwise you will be suffered like me.

After taking align books with living, adjusting to the interface took me 2-3 days. Report generation is quite easy, and it helps us to track daily sales. Overall experience was good. Special thanks to Shweta, mam, for her quick responses.
