One Software Multiple Uses, But wait there's a catch

Bitrix24 is quite a feature rich CRM Software, though it is not that much user friendly. The user interface of the software is quite good enough. It has all the necessary features that you would expect from a good CRM. Creating/Importing data is easy too. There is even an option to integrate it with Google analytics & Facebook ads in case you want to keep track of your AD campaigns. Creating & running email campaigns is also quite easy, since Mailchimp is integrated. Whole lot of work can be done in Bitrix24 like adding Products, Specs, Sales data etc. It is a great software for Small to mid level organization, but it can be better if it is made more user friendly.

A powerful software

I came across Bitrix24 after reading great reviews of it on the internet. Initial I started with the trial version of it. I must say it is an amazing software which helps to organize and keep a track of customers, partners, agents and other contacts in a well-organized way. In short, it is an excellent CRM software which has increased the overall productivity of my business. I am looking forward to but the full version since it is compatible with mobile devices too. It is extremely versatile!!!

Bitrix24 is supposed to be one of the best real estate systems today. Its best feature is the built in telephony. You can rent a phone number within the interface. They have an interface that allows assigning multiple extensions to multiple users. What has really impressed us is the ability of the phone system to automatically direct calls from specific customers to the representatives that they have been already assigned to. We're just very happy with this built-in smart telephony. They also have a mobile application that easily integrates with the Cloud version.
