Overall I will rate this a good software, but not good for retail shops as the software is more useful for warehouses and whole sellers, all though it is very good in terms of prices, services are good but can be improved, back up is strong and stored well.

Software is good but needs an extensive update for it. You need to make lots of changes in the structure of the software. I suggest you should check software like Tally, ERP Marg, etc. and then you will come to know how these vendors are making changes and update the software frequently. Also, their customer support is excellent. I know because I have a license for them too and using them from along time. You need to check your software unless it is difficult to sustain.
