The companies instead of offering equity/stock to its employee offer the bonus or additional amount from the profits earned by the organization.   4. Travel/Meal/Housing Allowance: Travelling/Meal/Housing Allowance offers benefits to the employees in terms of boosting their morale and interest to work and also save their money on certain regular investments.
