Each and everything that an Educational institution needed academically is perfectly met with this ERP. 24x7 customer support and follows ups each and every query. The team is very much responsive for each and every requirements and query and resolves it in a very short time. On the whole, the entire products ( web portal & the Mobile Applications) are user-friendly and secure to use. I Card printing, Report card generation, Attendance marking, Admissions etc, are made very fast with both the Edisapp Portal & Mobile Apps accordingly.

Premium ERP service in economical package

When I choose this software I was really sceptical, but soon I get to know that software is amazing. Everyone can understand and use it. It's just like using our social media sites. Everything regarding my institution is avaliable in my finger tip and even if I have some special needs there team is ready to help me and they will go to any extent to make there client happy. Customer service is top notch . We have a dedicated accounts manager and they have also set a whatsapp group to help us . Help from them is just a call or message away. Other than call centre scenario their accounts manager method to help client is awesome . We can contact them anytime and they are ready to help us 24×7 If we talk about economically they will only charge what ever they quote in the agreement. No extra charges at all. All updates are free , and there updates always surprise us . There latest version edisapp 3.0 works like a charm. I have suggested edisapp to everyone I know in educational sector. Thanks Eloit for giving this amazing product
