Very easy to use within budget solution

Improved visibility and control of work /operations. Implementation time was good, with no time overruns. Good results for small team operations. The mobile version helps us tremendously.

Secured software at affordable price

Found it the best hotel management software which is priced fairly and offers great functioning. It can be accessed on both android and iOS based smart phone from any location. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Great software with fast and efficient customer support

My firm has been in the travel and reservations business for the past 20 years. Having found eFACiLiTY , it really has been great. My team is fairly fluent with Computers and had checked and tested several other online booking software before deploying this one.It is fairly priced, the service is great and there haven't been any technical issues so far.Migrating bookings was much easier. The beauty of this reservation software is its automated payments to notifications transfer and synchronisation with channels. It really has given my team more time to handle other business related jobs as well. They completely rely on the system and just know that everything will be safely imported. Payment and notifications are automatically issued. The overall software is clean, well designed and deeply built. Great software with fast and efficient customer support.

Very well designed, easy to use and understand in the Facility Management System

My firm has currently begun with 3 new channel manager agreements and they are all managed by eFACiLiTY online booking system. The business growth ever since the installation of this reservation software has been substantial. It was my team's greatest find so far! eFACiLiTY provides a very well documented, powerful and robust API. Their documentation is easy and enables simpler coding. Wonderful staff, knowledgeable technicians on hand to help out whenever needed. This is a rare find reservation booking software in the industry. My team really enjoys working with eFACiLiTY !Setting up and making a change is always a difficult task but with well established systems like these one shouldn't worry about the hassles of installation of a new software. Very well designed, intuitive, easy to use and understand and definitely worth a try.
