I got many benefits from this software including time-saving, data keeping of our hotel. It has a lot of search options & so many features. Good reporting system for daily and yearly reports. Helps us to keep up with monthly taxes. Easy access and easy to understand. Can be learned by somebody new to a system very quickly All the features are excellent and the price is a great asset. Ezee Live support will always be the best and great team ever. They are available 24x7. I highly recommend them.

Excellent software Excellent customer service

User activity and user roll is a key feature of Ezee. This software is easy to use. Great and really really really good tech will assist if have any problem with this system. The team seems to be able to adapt to many different situations. They are very good. It is very easy to use and they provide great 24-hour support. They fix any system issue by taking remote control. It has made things simpler and eased the extra burden mainly for the front office staff and enabling them to attend guest more efficiently.

It has made process simpler & helped reduce extra burden mainly for the front office staff, It has helped them attend guest more efficiently. Overall system is very easy to use for our staff and eZee Frontdesk's 24/7 live support team is very helpful. Not only they are polite & professional, they fix any system issue by taking remote control, saves from our complications & system is up n running in no time.

Great product, great support!

The ease with which Niral assisted me made solving this challenge a breeze. Will never feel helpless or need to fear. Ezee has given me a confidence. as first time users of Ezee and still completing the 2nd phase of 55 rooms, we are still configuring and understanding the benefits of Ezee and with staff having prior experience with other PMS. I needed to configure differing letters for Mail and Niral explained how its done simply and easily. Niral showed me how the letter config is done and in less time than it takes to panic. Thank You for giving me the understanding that if anything needs to be addressed, Ezee will be there and deliver. Kudos and Thank You!

I think eZee is a Complete Software for an Hotel managemen

For using eZee configuration to make some configuration as eZee iMenu, KDS, and for doing some online training,I definivitly think that Ezee is a good Hotel management software: Easy to use, simple to manipulate, and customer service are very satisfayed. whatever the administrator has a suggestion about the rapport edit in eZee backoffice. here is the issue: She need to get edit the rapport of each department differenly. Actually day repport for all the service is edited mixing. But she need it separetly. whenever Software is a sucess.
