You know what impressed me most is the practicability of cocofax. I used to receive cascading faxes files and waste a lot of time to print them out, collect, review....it was really hard. However, I now can easily manage these files and check them more conveniently. I have to say Cocofax indeed free my hand. |
I had to say the customers replied a little bit slow, so I wondered maybe there are some time lags. But online chat is really useful. |
