These give me rich insight into how things are progressing and whether I need to step in and control unorganized project workflows and inflating budgets. |
I spoke to their sales guy, who told me their team is rapidly expanding the current integration options. So, yes, the integrations are what I am eagerly waiting for! Currently, they offer very minimal options for integrating. |

If you need to bill clients, you will need to integrate Wrike with a third party. Setup and onboarding will take longer than some of the other solutions. Once acclimated, teams appreciate the functionality and in general, it's a great system for managing projects. It's quite scalable for other purposes such as CRM. The tiered pricing and features for each can be pretty confusing, so make sure that you understand the add-ons and the associated costs, for example, functions like proofing are extra. Take advantage of the consulting to set up, and establish a good relationship with your CSM. Take advantage of integrations with other tools like Slack and Jira. |
There is not much intuitiveness in the interface. I think the search function and search results could be introduced to provide quicker access to projects and folders. |
