Good CRM but need improvement for internal navigation.

I have used their free version, and I see it is one of the most powerful CRM in the market. Their integration with other third parties was seamless. The only request is to give easy navigation. Example: If I want to update the company, I need to navigate to contact properties and scroll down and update it.

Ok, but still has to improve

best for ease of use, intuitive settings and customer support

I use Hubspot for Marketing and it's the best software with a comprehensive list of features that l've used. It's very easy to use, new features are launched constantly and most settings are pretty intuitive (especially for workflows and email campaigns). lm hoping they improve blog content management next, which is what l find lacking compared to other options (hubspot is not a CMS per se).

One of the best and inexpensive CRM in the market

This was the first CRM that we started using and started with the free version initially. It is a great and robust CRM with all the basic features required. However, it lacks some of the advanced functionalities present in other CRM tools in the market. It is used by our sales and marketing departments extensively. It is best suited for smaller companies and integrates well with the G suite. Its lead management is pretty good and we have had a positive experience with the tool till now and has helped us grow in terms of our sales and marketing operations.

It is great for managing and attacking inbound leads. It offers multiple channels for outreach like call, email , video call etc. It is moderately priced as compared to other solutions in the market It has an intuitive dashboard with analytics and reporting that is very useful to get insights. Their customer support team is responsive. It has an organized structure for lead management, communication management and analytics. It helps to automate workflows.

Cons

Their implementation process was very long and wasn't very smooth as well. It lacks advanced functionalities and customizations.

Great CRM

The software is great and I would recommend to anyone. The free CRM is a no brainer, the other services just quickly become expensive and everything is an "upgrade". I like all on one solutions, and to avoid those costs, you have to use multiple tools to accomplish the same result. If you can afford to turn on the other parts, you will be very happy. Support is great and overall the company seems to really have it together. Just wish it was not so costly, as we are a small business.

Good for Startups

Good but could have been better. Its usefull for a startup and sales professionals who needs a CRM in low scale. Would like to recommend. It accomplishes all the needs that I have as far as contacting all my leads and being able to keep track of my communication with tasks and different stages. What isn't there to like? The only thing I wish is that it was easier to add documents to a template without having to contact an admin. That would definitely save me some time if that were easier.

Pros

HubSpot is extremely useful for tracking your marketing and sales leads. It is easy to use and extremely effective! I like that I can see all my leads and filter them out through various levels. I am able to see all of my threads with them, schedule my tasks and connect deals to the accounts. Additionally, I like that my templates are saved and can open up in each lead's profile for easy access. My team and I also use the sequence feature often to send out emails. I think this CRM is easy to use and helps team members be on top of their leads.

Cons

The only thing I dislike about HubSpot is that sometimes my email threads don't populate in the account. It is rare, but it does happen. I believe it may be a tracking issue but as I mentioned it is rare. I also don't like that there is a cap on total enrollment for a sequence per day. You can only enroll 250 contacts in a sequence in one day - I believe this should be a little higher.

Well robust Customer Relationship Management tool for all business types.

My business is spread across the globe. Previously I was using a software to manage the sales and analytics but want very satisfied with it. A friend of mine recommended me to use web solution as it provides freedom of use. The entire solution is brilliantly designed to manage documents, pipeline and campaign. Very much impressed with it.

Document Management Saves human hours

I came to know about Hubspot CRM after a suggestion from my colleagues. I was little sceptical to use by I must say, the software is very effective to manage all the information in one place. Everything is quickly accessible and the best part is there are no rooms for errors. Currently, I a using the trial version of Hubspot CRM, looking forward to buying it. I find the software totally worth the money.

User-Friendly Features makes the implementation easy.

I am using Hubspot CRM  for quite some time to manage my business. it is a brilliantly designed tool to keep track on leads status. Apart from that, you can also manage other things related to business like campaigns, workflow, sales, interaction, marketing, performance all in one place. The tool is very efficient when it comes to managing the Supplier and Purchase Order. It is designed in a flawless way, which helps to understand and analyse the solution
