Not a SaaS company but a services one run by incompetent staff at every level
Every setting you would expect to be automated is something you need to contact support for, and they are sure to screw it up. Sales will promise you a bunch of things that will never be delivered.

We use knowlarity @SoftwareSuggest for managing the leads. The software is good with inbound calls. For outbound calls there a little hiccups, but works better than the other players. The other company which can compete with knowlarity is myoperator
