We've been using Office 365 for over five years and love it. Before switching, we used Exchange on-prem. O365 has simplified the effort required to administer. The infrastructure you get with O365 is far better than your average SMB could ever afford. As a bonus, you receive access to an endless number of applications in the office 365 suite.

The best Eco system for your business.

My whole organization has moved to Microsoft 365 (Office 365) ecosystem. We are using outlook to handle all our emails. Using MS teams, up to 250 members can join in a meeting. Features like screen sharing, monitoring make it easier to collaborate with the team. We are using the planner to plan and track our work. We are using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for business and presentation purposes. OneDrive to store all our document and files.

The best thing is that they are adding the latest features to it. It contains almost every app for your business need, like Outlook for user email. MS Teams for audio/video conferencing and collaboration, MS planner to plan and track your project work, Calendrer to track all your scheduled meetings and work, SharePoint, OneDrive, word, excel, PowerPoint, and many more. Its Multi-factor authentication system is a gem that is very difficult to hack. We can use it in almost every system.

Cons

Some features are not cleared, and it becomes hard to find them. Web-version of the product don't give same functionality as the app version.

A complete package

Office 365, the best version of office i have ever used. It has all necessary feature for Daily routine. As i most use excel it contains excellent list of Formulas. Better support for VB. Also the package has bunch of application that helps me my daily office work. But the feature i miss most in office 365 is compare workbook.I really need that helpful thing.

Office 365 is an essential software for all corporate organizations

Office 365 is almost used in every single office routine work by me. As outlook is important part to use and sync my official emails , I can say its being used every single minute during my working hours. There can't be any other software which can upload or download heavy attachments with emails as office 365 does. Besides this Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and PowerPoint are used very frequently for report writings and other business related stuff everyday.

Although office 365 has many features which make it standout software among all other such providers, but the most amazing feature I have seen is its smooth operation and integration across all operating systems like windows, android, iOS etc. The tools like words, excel, outlook, power point etc for everyday office work were already the trademark of all the previous versions of microsoft office, but these tools have become more swift and easy to use after launch of Microsoft Office 365. Our official email is used and managed through Microsoft Outlook and it has become more easy to backup all our important emails on remote servers since we have moved on office 365 and now there are no worries about losing any important data and emails anymore in case of any unfortunate incident with your personal machine. We can continue our any working on any other device without any hassle of transferring files from one to another just by singing in to office 365 and syncing the devices through this precious software.

Cons

As far as dislikes are concerned , the foremost is the heavy cost of software. i guess it must be reduced somehow. The other issue is many extra tools which mostly people basically don't need or use are installed on machines forcefully , which make it heavier software and space eater at some level.

I like office 365, because I am also a co - owner of a small business in which I have used this software. For small business office 365 is best it is cost effective and easy to use . The best part of this software I like is the user friendly interface . there are some new features for SharePoint and for exchanging the documents online, and the app model for outlook addons is very good but the only thing which I think is missing in this software is that in basic version we are not able to use all the features related to Skype . But otherwise this software is best for small business ownes that"s why I gave 5stars and I damn sure small business owners will definitely like this software.

Office 365 for buisness is an awesome software. My uncle owns a Mobile showroom.He asked me to search a good software for him. I recommended him this software. I had the best experience with Office 365 Small Business Premium. I connected with my PC, Tablet and Mobile. I completely had no worries since it had 25GB mailbox with anti-virus and anti-spam.

Like Part : HD video conferencing: Online meetings with desktop sharing, voice and video. 25GB mailbox with anti-virus and anti-spam. Was easy to connect with all my devices(PC, Tab, Mobile). I was completely stuffed with installed versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more. Unlike Part : Price ?9,119.00 is bit little high. Should added Software like Page Maker, Cover Maker, Collage Creator which can be tie up with PowerPoint for more successive presentations.
