A product sold on fake sales promises
During sale they talk big things, they charge for implementation, and you will not have any help, you will have to upload the data, most of the time when you call support during the say when the site goes down they will not pick up the call, we will get a call back at eod asking why did you call.

Good product but very inept and incapable customer care and Lots of hidden charges
they collected extra money for implementation which was very very slow and did not at all cover the basics of how to use the product. When we pointed the same out in the implementation phase and asked to cancel the contract and asked for our money back they refused and said we will fix the product. However the product was never fixed. The customer support has only 1 capable person called Mr Siddiq. The rest are totally inept and play hide and seek with the customers. If he is on leave the rest of the whole customer care department ask us to wait till Mr Siddiq comes back from leave. When we pointed out that the bugs have not been fixed they started asking for extra money to fix the bugs. There is no guarantee the software will work consistently as it crashes reapeatedly. We have raised the same issue with them several times and all they did was send a sorry letter saying it will not crash again and then a few days later it crashed again. It is cheap but not much you can do with it. If buying the product then do NOT expect customer care, consistent service or reliable product. Just want a basic software for billing then it is ok. But I guess you get cheaper options for just billing. Their Lab software is good. That might be something a potential can look at rather than the HIMS .

Cons
No security. Anybody cna modify anybodys notes, Lots of bugs which prevents proper and smooth use. Customer support deserves to be overhauled. No escalation of problems . If the customer care executives closes your ticket then for all practical purposes your request is dead.

Security, Good customer care, Consistent fool proof service (i.e. redundancies to reduce downtime and thus prevent daily or weekly crashing which interupts regular use)

Cheaper than many. But as the saying goes when you pay peanuts you will get monkeys.

It's been more than a month since we went live with Mocdoc software. It helped manage the patient appointment, checks and treatment. First, however, there's a need to tweak MIS and reduce the number of columns in the OPD sheet.
