Won't Refund if bought at a discount price

I paid for 12 months & request for refund on 28th day as I cannot see who is calling. They said they cannot refund as I have bought it at discount. So now I am stuck with a service which I cannot use for next 11 months but still need to Pay. I am not sure whether its even legal to take money without providing service.

Good service and support

We have been using it for around one year and it has really helped us track our business calls, the log section, report section is very handy and give detailed insight on whats happening on our helpline number. So far so good

The system is good to use and is gives an overall very sleek feeling. However, there are still some bugs here and there specially in the UI which needs to be addressed. These are mostly at the time of creating SMS's. Also there should be a feature to type SMS on the go and not create a template. We still feel that the call transfer facility is far from perfect and that is something which should be addressed
