Low investment, low risk 

  • mycloud PMS is a cloud based hotel software. There are no investment into servers or software. Start with a 30 day trial. There is no long term contract. Just pay for the service for as long as you use. Software is deal for hotels, motels, bed & breakfast, independent hotels and hotel chains.
  • Hotels need just one or more PC(s) connected to the Internet by a broadband connection and one or more laser printers. The PC’s need to have any of the internet browsers i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome or Safari and a screen with 1280 x 720 resolution.

Quick implementation

  • There is nothing to be installed at the hotel. So no time is required for hardware configuration or software installation.
  • Commonly used parameters have already been pre-loaded. Just makes changes for your specific hotel and you are ready to start. The system will be implemented in a couple of days.

Needs little or no training

Good Solution!

Really like the software as it is extremely simple to use and support services are amazing. I tried their trial version and within a week moved to paid version. I am able to access system while travelling and provides me good forecasts. I am surprised to see how they add so many features each month and i sure get good value for money I pay.

Intuitive hotel program

I got to know about this program from google search, when I was looking for a good web based program for my hotel in Seattle. I took a free trial an within a week I was hooked to it and support desk was quiet helpful, I subscribed to solution and now am using it from a while. The program keeps getting updated and every two weeks I see something new and better coming up in program. Very easy to operate and understand and I like the dashboard and automatic reports they send every few hours. I definitely recommend this program

Good Hotel Software

I came across this solution while searching for a software for my 49 room hotel in California. They offered a 30 day free trial and boy was i convinced just in a week with product presentation and support. I asked them if I can enroll for just a month and they told me there are not contracts so I can use as long as I wish. I did not need any training as I used their tutorials and support desk was more then willing to help all the time. System has good features and I see new features added almost every 2-3 weeks. So am really happy using this and highly recommend it to other hoteliers.

Mycloud is a one stop shop for hotels that are looking for 1. User friendly program 2. Easy switch from existing platform 3. Fully integrated from PMS - CM from POS - HK to ENG. With an online chat feature, you always have someone who will respond; supported by a management team who ensures client satisfaction. Four stars because I believe there is always room to improve and being consistent is paramount.
