Ease of using the software . All excellent backend technical support by the staffs .

slow loading of records could be because of scripts running on them (to speed it up you should improvise the code , deploy heavier tasks that can be scheduled as schedule scripts and run them on off time, try to simmer down the complexities in your business processes, turn off the features/suite apps you don't require, try not to accumulate data that is not required - like script logs or inactive records, try to be more efficient while creating logic in your saved searches - generally summarizing searches or adding complex sql queries raises there loading time, double click on netsuite logo to check connection stats ( there could be connectivity issues)— finally system speed depends on number of concurrent processes running at an instant -so efficiently monitoring and controlling the processes running at an instant could help you improve the speed.

Best of software ever i used.

I have used more than 1 year. Usually i try all the software .but this is great one to be recommended others without any problem. I use Oracle Database 12c in our transactional system named Watts. It allows us to have a reliable platform to handle our car ticket product where users can pay for fuel, reload balances, and obtain consumer reports per vehicle. It has 2 clusters of Oracle 12c to warranty high availability and also to handle our DRP. We recommend Oracle products because the support, price and their technology is very robust and reliable.

Best Company!!

Overall I had a very wonderful experience, all of the products were just as described and I really love the user-friendly approach. The only problem I had was with the minor bugs that kept on making the use more and more difficult. However if the company decides to frequently update and fix those bugs this would be one of the best purchases I've ever done.
