We have a team of 15+ members; coincidentally, most of them are engineers. Young minds are always ready to think out of the box and bring something new to the table. As we are a startup, we are failing and learning at the same time; hence we always hold and boost each other in the lows of any member.
Avoid procrastination as much as you can. You will have a lot of ideas about a lot of things but most of them are never executed due to procrastination and lack of implementation.
When the pandemic hit us, a lot of companies struggled to survive in the market due to a lack of proper infrastructure and facilities. Everything from education to trade shifted to the online mode, and accessibility to solutions and software that were robust, agile yet affordable became a dire necessity. Hence Covid-19 gave us a platform to make our product accessible to more and more startups and SMBs.
In the next 5 years we see OneHash as an SMB empowering customer relationship management tool with customers in all the seven continents of the world. The only strategy in our mind right now is to hustle hard, find ways to overcome the challenges that come our way, and not give up.

When you think of the money spent if you paid for all the seperate modules and integrating them this is a steal! Even though the mobile app needs some work it is on their roadmap to update it.
