This is a useful app our employees use to keep track of their hours. I wish it was a little simpler. But it is decent and we will continue to use! One feature I wish they would improve is the GPS tracking. We have a construction company and I like to be sure our employees are on the jobsite when they clock in.

Tried some other ones. In the end, you get what you pay for. It's more expensive than the competition, but it's more feature friendly. Staff support is there if needed as well.

The program is extremely easy to add and remove employees. It is easy to change time's if someone forgets to clock in or out. Clearly shows all employees in one page. There is a mobile app with it as well that I have used in the past, though we do not use it in the company I currently admin for. A suggestion I would make is make it easier to add a day of time in and out.

The ease of use for this system is great. It is very self explanatory! I have not encountered any problems in the 7 years I have been using! It would be nice if the PTO accrual would work better. We do not use the accrual in the system itself we use our own formula to do so. It is definitely a great system other than that!

This program keeps getting better! My office has used On the Clock for over 6 years now, its easy, I can monitor through my phone, view schedules, fix times, see who is in or out. I can allow off site employees the ability to clock in remotely and those in the office can not. It keeps track of the hours I schedule which makes it so much easier. I can also set up the times I use the most to easily fill in the schedule. Adding new employees or editing them is also very easy. I am very busy and love how this website and app work, reports are easily generated and it keeps time logs in the event you need to revert back for any reason. Handles PTO time as well. Really happy with it! In the past 6 years I would say I have had to contact customer support just twice and it addressed quickly! You can't go wrong!

This has been a valuable tool in our practice. Easy to use and calculates exact time. I only wish it would keep up with employees PTO. I also like the feature that you can control the clock in time so noone clocks in early thus avoiding that dreadful overtime.

Ontheclock is great and easy to use. I have used other softwares for time keeping that are not as effective. Kronos, iSolved, and other systems are much harder to edit punch entries or are not as user friendly as ontheclock.

I love the customer service of ontheclock. They take feedback from customers and implement changes within a reasonable amount of time. In addition to that, the hold times are not long to reach someone, I do not ever remember being put on hold with on the clock.
I think the survey functionality should be disabled once an employee completes a survey, I also think it would be nice if while you are entering a correction on one employee time card, that the correction autopopulate to that individual, versus making you select the individual's time card through the drop down in order to process the correction.

It would be great if you could add the notes feature to mass updates. For example, if I am adding mass PTO for all employees, to be able to notate what that PTO is for. Also, it would be helpful if while I am in an employee timecard that I do not have to scroll to select the time card that needs a correction.

I have used OnTheClock for over a year now as an employee and as a manager and it is by far the best app I have ever used for clocking in and clocking out. It records where you are at and it allows employees better responsibility for clocking in and out. Also, when a mistake is made it's easy to fix from a web browser.

We've been using OTC for over 5 years now. It is a easy to use platform and my team has not had any issues with clocking in and out. I love that you can see where your team clocks in, which gives me a sense of security in the fact that I can see if they clock in at work or somewhere else. The product doesn't require a bunch of training or set up to begin using. It can also interface with my payroll company. It's a great small business solution as it is cost effective.

Small business and on the clock is tremendously helpful. Helps me pay my employees on time and it is extremely easy for them to use and for me to keep them accurate when they forget to punch in.

OnTheClock makes doing payroll easy. The website is easy to navigate. Very good value overall. I use the CSV export feature to import time card data directly into a spreadsheet. Payroll takes me about 5 minutes.

On The Clock is very simple and easy to use. We have four locations and sometimes share employees to other offices and the managers are able to access whether on desktop or mobile app. Been using for a few years and love it!

Very easy to use. I love how I can see at a glance who is on the clock, setting up specific parameters to each office and being able to add parameters for clocking in like the GPS features.

Needed to be sure team was working 40 hours. Very easy for them to use and simple for management to verify. So cost effective we hardly notice that we are paying for it.

I encourage all of my payroll clients to use ontheclock. The employees simply login, punch in and punch out. I can log in when I process payroll and print out their time cards. Ontheclock calculates overtime and a manager can add holidays and vacation time.

My overall experience with the software is excellent and reliable with the exception of the login problem described above. My employees use is regularly. Why do I have to use 200 characters to complete this survey? This survey requires too much to be completed.
