The pipeliner CRM has given me the best experience so far. it is easy to use and saves on time when managing my leads and opportunities. I use the CRm on daily basis, its views are dynamic and attractive. the automated processes embedded in the CRM assist in saving time while contacting clients. An example is its gmail and ms 365 addins for emailing. Very good CRM system, once you learn the basic setup, it is easy to use and helps you stay on top of your prospects. That I believe is key to a good CRM. The Add-ins like Office 365 Outlook is of great value as it does not require duplicate work, the two programmes work together. The developers are adding new features in an ongoing basis which improves the programme, so you are not stuck with an outdated programme. That I like, as everything is in constant change, it good to work with a company like Pipeliner that sees the need to constantly improve their programme.

Not only that, but the software also allows integration with Gmail and Outlook mail, so I can easily import data (for instance, leads) into the system with a click. Another interesting thing about this software; it does not control me. That is, I am not forced to use what I don't want to use. I can easily customize any feature I want, for example, I can customize how I want my lead form to be, my reporting system, graphical or standard. etc. I can have multiple pipelines. I can also customize my sales process to my taste, however, I want it. This is just awesome!
