We started using Posist in 2018 and since then it has helped us a lot. It's easy to provide training to new cashiers and waiters to use the system. Reporting is easy, quick and efficient. Managing Database and Inventory is also simple and smooth without and flow. We face some minor hickups now and then but they get fixed soon. It's really hard to reach support team during busy hours. Overall it's a great software with well designed structure.

The Billing software and reports are great. Support team is excellent and always there to help. Our billing POC Aslam is excellent and is very helpful, and always has been there to help with any issues we have.
The inventory system is quite tedious and complicated to account for Semi Processed items. Kitchen staff is finding it hard to provide semi-processed production during peak hour rush.

Initially, there were many bugs we identified in the software, due to which our reporting and data got recorded erroneously. The Posist team has successfully closed most of those. Implementation has taken a bit longer then our expectation. Few issues in online business are consistently faced for which we haven't received any solution yet.

We do use the closing stock report to match our real-time supply. Some feature like updating wastage entry works very fine, and we are happy about it. Live support provides by the implementation executive was nice. we understood the things, as there are reachable within a call. Stock entry is good to use as we are able to record all purchase done from local market as well. The Current average price at deployment level is excellent as it update on a real time basics. There are a lot of good features in the software. I like the billing interface's ease and user-friendliness. The reports panel is enriched with lot of good reports, we can find a report for any thing that we want to check. The gem is the Cockpit App which allows us to have reporting easy on our mobile device

We use a lot of functions of posist and the best of all as per my usgae is Billing, and its User Interface, the number of reports that are present in the reporting panel makes things very easy and useful. The phone app i.e cockpit app is also helpful because it makes mobile reporting very easy as it saves time as i don't have to call outlet staff to get the details of the day.
Sometimes it's hard to reach the support team as they don't have local support for our region; we have to email the support team and then wait for them to get back to us.

Work Flow Of System is design well, Easy to Operate. We can track our daily stock In and Stock Out. We like the process for material transfer from one outlet to another outlet, even we can transfer easily within the outlet main store to cost center, indenting and internal indenting is a good function. Also POSist is a cloud software so its a good benefit for us, now, we can access our inventory data from everywhere.
In POSist few reporting Part Need to Streamline More and Few Process Need to Be tick, apart from this nothing else to dislike rest all processes are very good in POSist inventory module.

The best thing I like about POSist that this is a user friendly enterprise cloud software. And POSist implementation team is very supportive and they guide us very well. All the functions are very good in POSist software. Also they have a 24X7 support team which is good thing for us. We are managing our Purchases and material transfer accurately on day to day basis and controlling our inventory by monitoring the data.
There is nothing to dislike about POSist. This enterprise cloud software is very good for restaurant industries and we get a proper support from POSist team so there is nothing for complain.

Posist has made our work more simple and allow us to work more efficiently. Compared to our previous POS, we have access to many more reporting tools, we can see in real time all the data in all our outlets. We are using Posist for our POS for 4 brands and 17 point of sales. they also developed our website, linked with the POS of our different outlets. POS : The system is easy to use, very professional. It really made our life much easier to track and analyse the sales. The cloud system make is very simple to see in real time on our phones what are the sales in all locations. The Anti-theft system is also very useful. We are actually not even using the POS to the full extent of its capacity yet. Website : They worked very hard to find a solution to all the requests we had and made many modifications in the architecture of their backend just to make sure we were satisfied with the final product. We are very happy with the result, good design, good functionalities. The best points to work with Posist : - the team - very efficient, always available and going out of their way to make sure their client is satisfy. - The system is getting upgraded and updated regularly. - the multiple functionalities it offers for us. We started with the POS, the website and CRM as well now but there are many other options like the stock management that we are yet to use fully.
Nothing to dislike, working with them and their software has been a very smooth experience.

The software really helps to get data on and control your food costs better. I love the reports and i will definitely benefit from the software. It is a bit of a tedious job but it will help you reduce the variable cost. Onboarding support is great. Overall amazing job.
They should work on a separate dashboard for food cost for the cockpit. And changing the categories once fed into the system is very hard.

“Being an enterprise and having several outlets, we have to manage things like purchase order, inventory management, stock management, and billing amongst many others. POSist has helped us manage this as we have cut down on labor costs and the analytics are easily available. Pushing changes via POSist is easier because all of them are available on the app and hence we can be consistent. Should provide Tutorial Cd & live demonstration with installation. There will be much less need to take remote support then. Very few people in industry are proficient working with Pos software still.

I recently opened a new restaurant and was looking for a low budget POS, was lucky to find Posist. Cuts down on kitchen errors because you are not trying to decipher wait staff writing. Makes billing so easy, splitting bills, splitting items. It's great that we can make changes to our menu from outside computers and have access to the entire system from out of the restaurant. A layout is great for fast use of the tables. I work within the system once a week and each week I get a bit more familiar with Posist and I have begun to open up new features to provide more analysis of metrics.

Posist has lots of added features such as yield management that is hard to come by in other systems. The interface is easy to use and easy to train staff in. Everything is available at a touch of a button, easy to use and easy to keep track of all cost and labor.
