    Name, business email, phone number, company name, industry, city, requirements, designation, number of employees in the company, number of software users, preferred time for Us to call, deployment, budget, current software, and/or reasons for change.
  • If you are a software vendor, we collect the following Personal Information:
    Name, Email, phone number, and/or organization details.

4. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We will use your Personal Information only as described in this Privacy Policy and shall Process your Personal Information only if We have a legal basis to, as elaborated upon in section 5. We may use your Personal Information in the following ways:

  • If you are a prospective software buyer or a software buyer, we will use your Personal Information:

    • To analyze your use of Our site,
    • To gather feedback to enable Us to continually improve Our site and your user experience and
    • To verify the validity of a review you post to ensure no false or malicious reviews are posted. We do so by ensuring an identity check to see that the right person gives the review. To ensure this, they check upon the reviewer's name, job title, or email address. If the team fails in verifying the reviewer's identity, we won't publish the review.

In the absence of a need to retain your Personal Information as specified herein, We will either delete or aggregate your Personal Information or, if this is not possible then We will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further Processing until deletion is possible.
