Pros
Billing my clients was one of the most hectic tasks I am supposed to do. But, now that I have been using ProProfs Project for about 1 year, it has definitely taken that burden off my shoulders!

I believe the reporting section of this software needs to be upgraded. It's high time I saw a Kanban view!

Seamless integration with Google Calendar
The integration with Google Calendar is excellent. It lets me grasp what tasks and meetings are scheduled for the day. This way, I don’t have to worry about missing a job or being late for an appointment. In case I forget to look at the calendar during busy days, I receive reminders for approaching deadlines and meetings. Also, no more overlapping schedules!
