I hate leadership qualities. There are many reasons, Leader has to be Leader, not a grudge mindset master. Here we work but appreciation taken by stupid TL's. They make employees to work @ nights without any kind of benefits and no night allowances. Normally Roster has to get updated every month of first week but TL is not at all responsible to change. I saw they are doing it without any changes for women and men. Found women's working harder even we. Even employees are working from home. Company is deducting money from employees account. Without any benefits like Cafeteria and many allowances. Their is no Entertainment for employees but still employees money will be deducted or charged 2000 Every month in the name of EMPLOYEE RECREATION. Higher officials are doing too much partiality also there is no Growth. I hate TL behaviors. They act in-front of higher officials that they really doing good and great. but the pain which we are taking nobody knows it. I know from now, the entire content goes to higher officials, let it go and support us instead of searching who has written this review. Because from now TL will search the person and starts troubling them. This is Insane and Roster part has to change for given period. I want everyone has to get their good benefits and proper respect without respect no employees stays for longer period and Instead of searching our negatives to complaint on us. and do not do de-promotions to create black mark on us. support us - we work like my office.
