It is easy to use and straightforward in the feature. But it cannot convert to purchase order from other documents. I need to enter the same notes repeatedly in the papers; it would be nice if I could make some comments or notes I can record by default template, and with a click, the words or notes can be input into the documents.

The invoice feature is amazing, because it can be customizable to suit the brand color, and additional columns can be added. The templates are very professional.

Cons

The REFRENS branding doesn't look good on FREE package. And the other thing that needs attention, is to fix that "ENQUIRY " Form that appears on each service section. It's supposed to be "GET STARTED ", and add more sections about the client. Otherwise it must customizable.

The UI and Simplicity of the Dashboard. The Power to Edit Fields is one more thing I Loved.

Cons

No Cons Found by me. I love Refrens. I use it daily for generating Quotes and Proforma Invoice. Refrens Help me collect payments also using UPI, Bank Transfer and Their Own Payment Gateway. I never found anything that they do not offer. Over All 5 Star (*****) from me.
