How Salesforce is better/different from its competitors?

The best part is, it is very flexible and customizable. I was in the team that was responsible to set it up for our organization. I was very happy that we could do it with little deviation in usage requirements and it worked perfectly for us. There is also a lot of automation that we can directly use - also we can take benefits of easy integrations available with other service providers. Also, it generally has more functions than we need so we don't need to worry much.

Fantastic CRM but it's expensive

Salesforce helped us to manage our customer database, helping in the pipeline of the prospects, Billing, logging in activities & storing of the relevant customer documents
