"E-commerce store which helps customers to buy."
"You can quickly see orders and create labels. The Analytics Dashboard is wonderful, makes it really easy to see how sales are going over time. It is also nice to be able to see how many orders have been delivered vs how many have been sent. I like that I can click on the customers name and see what city they are from and their email quickly. When you are looking at an order, you can see a Fraud Analysis which helps to make sure that you aren't going to get a call saying that they didn't order it because their card was stolen."

"Have to have a different account for each employee. The order numbers aren't always correct on the main order screen. Emails get sent right after the label is created, however sometimes the label is for the wrong box and then it gets cancelled and you have to make a new label, but the customer doesn't get the new tracking number, which triggers quite a few calls. It would be nice to have different colors at the top as the black just seems dreary. "

Worth it
It was pretty nice. But it would be great if the trial period is extended to at least 30 days. At first I didn't thought of installing this app. But then I opened it on my browser itself and was pretty impressed with it. Especially the concepts that it came up with. Gradually I realised that it's the best place to start an e commerce website. That's it from my end. Thanks for reading my review. Have a nice day.

Shopify is Great For New Start Up's
What I like best about Shopify is that it was not very hard for me to build out my site; the builder was pretty easy to use, and when I needed assistance, I had no issues with getting support. Also, I like that they offered supporting apps in the app store that seamlessly integrated with my store with a pretty quick setup to be up and running pretty quick.

Very few free themes, less customization for basic plans.

Zepo ecommerce store, godaddy, wix
How Shopify is better/different from its competitors?
Its a trusted brand across the world. Features are excellent, its totally cloud based and moreover clean and easy to use dashboard.

Good e-commerce platform for established business
I am using Shopify for atleast 4 years. At first it looks easy to start and low cost as advertised. But when you drive-in, you will find it very expensive. Absolutely not recommended for a low budget startup. And when we talk about it's customer support - it appears to be their marketing department. Every time you try to get support, they start to market their some other products. Otherwise platform is good with better servers and speed and functionality wise even they are very costly. It has built-in SEO features witch is a plus.
