Easy to use and competent software
The aid to this software is not limited to resume sorting and searching. It is as vast as cosmos is. I can easily perform actions like workflow management, leave management and so on without much of struggle.
Pros
I must say my job as an HR Executives was never easy since my company switched to Ultipro. Earlier I had to do manual resume screen which used to consume ample time but now I can do it within minutes.
