The service and support provided are appreciable. My entire organization is in the process of implementing SAP Business One. Initially, I found that the cost is high but returns are more and the business gets profit. I would not recommend SAP to micro-enterprises with very little funds. Uneecop is the official parter to provide SAP in India. The software itself doesn't need any introduction as this is the most popular Accounting solution for medium and large business organisation across the world. There is a learning curve to it but the training provided are enough to get things started for an overall business management. Positives: Integration of all operations, ease of use, perfect management tool, good customer support. negative: implementation cost is high.
