From my experience with Vtiger, I can say that it has simplified all the critical processes of my company; our sales team is able to track opportunities and view sales funnel reports, our marketing team is able to email and tag the contacts to specific target audiences, our project unit also has better follow-up and control with great reworking capabilities & alerts and the management team has truthful information for the decision making. The program has all the necessary functions for sales, effective marketing and customer support. We are using Organization, Contact, Opportunity, Comment, Calendar, Documents, Cases and Reports modules. - Organization and Contact module is useful to enter details of customer's account and contact; - Opportunity module is useful to convert our hot / potential customer (or lead) in to the business; - Comment module is useful to make comment to the records; - Calendar module is useful to enter meeting / call related details for the records; - Document module is useful to upload / download the documents; - Cases module is useful to create cases related to respective Opportunity / Contact; - Reports module is useful to prepare and manage various reports

With Vtiger CRM software, the web interface is very easy to use and the speed is quite good. Its biggest advantages are that the software is accessible from anywhere and that it is cloud based. It has a central database with every detail that we need for dealing with companies, clients, mail outs, tech support or training. It provides the users with powerful automation options such as automatic sending of a follow up email just a week after sending a quotation. The technical as well customer support team is amazing. We always get a reply within an hour of sending a query. They go the extra mile to help their customers sort out an issue. When my team recently wanted some customisation on a PDF template, their team spent several hours working on it and sorted the necessary changes for us. You're bound to get a lot more than what you pay for. Don't let the low price fool you because Vtiger does 90% of what other software do, for a much lower price.
