  • Webphone

It enables you to place calls to your clients or customers right from your desktop or laptop. You can enter the number from the web dialer below or choose from the contacts you have saved.

  • SMS

  • Callback

With Zadarma’s Callback service, you can make cost-effective calls abroad from your mobile phone or landline without an internet connection. You can add up to 500 phone numbers manually under this tab. In addition, it lets you upload your contact sheet in either of the following formats – xls, xlsx, csv, and ods. Besides, the file size must not be greater than 1MB, and it must not contain more than 5000 contacts.

Scrolling down will lead you to the phone number check and its price. You can also obtain a wholesale price for the same.

  • Call Tracking

With Zadarma’s Call Tracking functionality, you can analyze the number of incoming calls to different phone numbers, call data, duration of the call, and more. Cloud Phone System

Telephony for small businesses. We have been using Zadarma for a couple of years now - there were no problems with work. First, the price. The lowest (or one of) the lowest in the market. Secondly, the number of virtual numbers. We took the regional city number and the number 8-800. It turned out to be more than enough to work for the whole of Russia. Third, it's very easy to set up. We do not have a whole staff of competent IT specialists, we set everything up ourselves. And for nothing, it turned out to be very easy to do.

Make your own Call-center on cloud

The company has about 10 employees on the phone. Previously, everyone had their own personal number, to which customers called and from which, accordingly, employees called. This brought its own specific problems and complexity to work. When the time came to resolve the issues that arose and a single number was needed for everyone, the choice fell on Zadarma. First of all, due to the low price and the huge number of virtual numbers. Secondly, it was very easy to set up everything and they have a really convenient personal account, in which you can adjust all the settings and see all the data. There are also plans to start using their free CRM - but so far there is no such thing. As soon as we get started, I'll write a separate review.

Very bad app

Never saw such an unprofessional approach form any service provider. - They require a passport as verification proof. - But now after the same has been provided they say it is not required. - When I asked which document is required, the response is "we recommend you to use some other service provider". - I was also not so interested with the services, it is just I shared the number I purchased from Zadarma to all my Client. WILL SUGGEST NOT TO GO WITH THEM, THEY MIGHT HARM YOUR BUSINESS STOPPING THEIR SERVICES AT ANY POINT OF TIME.
