But they are easy to get ahold of and helpful. "

While I find this function to be super helpful and useful for me towards my workload, I would like to see a date functionality added to this. This pertains to the PayConnection portions that identifies modifications, deductions, new hire, and terminations. Having a date specified would be helpful to ensure accuracy of the reporting for me. A weight off your shoulders, as a busy entrepreneur

Best Payroll System
I love how easy it is to run payroll! With around 300 employees it can be a challenging task but Zenefits makes it easy. Customizable, pre-made spreadsheets for easy data entry and uploading, automatic tax, deductions, and contribution calculations and monitoring, and quick off-cycle pay runs. Very user friendly!

Overall Great Experience with Zenefits
Zenefits is the first HRIS system we implemented at this company. It's an all in one platform for payroll, hiring, benefits administration, and so much more! Zenefits!
Very easy to use, I use their mobile app daily to clock in and out of work. I also use it to access any benefit information I may need. Lastly I use the direct deposit feature and it is very easy to use and change.

Highly Recommend Zenefits
Zenefits has been very helpful for our company. With over 100 employees, Zenefits helps reduce confusion among them in relation to time keeping, available and used PTO and insurance benefits. It eliminates unnecessary conversations with payroll and HR because all pertinent information is available in one easy-to-use application. Easy to navigate tool!

Zenefits is the best HR platform that I have ever used. It is an all-encompassing HR platform that provides multiple functions and capabilities in one easy-to-use app. It is extremely user-friendly and provides a one-stop location to get information on time off, time worked and insurance benefits to name a few. Even someone who is not great with technology would easily be able to navigate this app and have success doing so. I would highly recommend Zenefits to any company looking for a simple solutions that will benefit their organization as a whole.

I like the transparency of the time worked and PTO. It doesn't leave any guesswork to the employee or the HR/ payroll manager.
Cons
I don't like how you aren't able to directly download the insurance card directly from the app. The function is there but it is disabled so I am not sure if it is specific to the organization I work at. However, Zenefits does provide all pertinent contact information for the insurance provider so it makes reaching out a breeze.

It has helped make these processes so much more efficient and less prone to error compared to managing them manually. Tax time is also much less of a headache for me than it used to be! The online platform is user-friendly for both administrators and employees, and the Zenefits implementation staff were really helpful in getting it launched for us. Their customer service can be a little slow to respond when I submit a ticket, but I will say that my issues have always been resolved and the customer service agents I've communicated with have always been friendly and helpful.

With Zenefits, we were able to migrate from our old ways of calling in payroll to ADP into the digital ages. ADP and other solutions were much more expensive and offered services that were not necessary for a small to mid sized company but still had to pay for.
Cons
Zenefits should offer a chat/talk function to a live service representative, like they used to. All service calls are handled through emails - but they generally respond with 2 business days.

WSPA - Zenefits Review
Zenefits is an amazing system that is user friendly for both the administrator and the employee. Its ease of use allows us to properly track time (important for California); run payrolls for both exempt and non-exempt; its online onboarding is great for remote workers and new hires during COVID; it has a great vacation tracking system that allows you to customize to your organizations plan; and it has additional functions (like benefits, human resources, and evaluations if we want to add on functions (there are more too)).

Zenefits is great!
Zenefits is a great one stop shop HRIS platform. It has payroll, onboarding, benefits management, time and attendance, time off, etc. Its very easy to use and setup, no integration costs, pricing is great. I have implemented Zenefits at 3 different companies so far. The only thing I would say it lacks is an ATS, but it does partner with a few really good ones.

Easy HR from Zenefits
Zenefits has helped Network Remedy with all our HR needs. It was easy to set up and it's very easy to use. We track PTO and sick days with this software. It definitely helps with reporting too. Performance management and other things. It's a general software, one size fits all kind of thing, but it fills all the gaps you didn't even know were there. You'll need to customize it to fit your company, but it's the best bang for your buck.

Great easy to use platform
This has been a timesaver for me. It's a great easy to use platform that has everything in one place (onboarding, payroll, benefits, 401k, employee information, etc). Zenefits is the perfect platform for any small to medium size business. I am an entrepreneur and Zenefits has allowed me to manage payroll, benefits, 401k, and HR from one user friendly platform. Their customer service is amazing, and I love the peace of mind of having there HR experts in my corner for any employee related issues. I have now used them for about 7 years with three different companies and I don't plan on going anywhere. Did I mention they also make all your payroll taxes for you? Well, they do, and I love it :)

Currently I have to manually turn a recurring deduction once the total amount has been deducted. I would love if the platform not only tracked the deductions but if it would turn them off automatically once the deduction has been met.

Well worth it......
I have been able to keep our company going when our employee who set this up left. The support staff has been great with answering my questions and guiding me through processes. I am not sure what I would have done otherwise. It has been very hard finding a bookkeeper who could do all of these things in the past. I have peace of mind knowing the quarterly taxes get filed without me having to do anything. I can onboard employees with out having experience in how to do it.

Zenefits provides our employees with one powerful app to view their paystubs, request time off, view their benefits information, manage their pre-tax spending accounts, and look up contact information of their fellow team members. By having everything in one place for our employees in Zenefits (both online and in the mobile app), we were able to dramatically reduce the amount of questions from our employees and in turn improve our employee experience.
Cons
Customer service response times can be slow times but they always get back to you. Requests such as changing the level of service on payroll tax filings from calculate only to full service generally receive a response within a few hours.

The only feature I would like to see improvement in is the Time & Attendance app, specifically just updating the user interface/experience. I found the old formatting easier and more enjoyable to use, whereas the current version is more time consuming and can often lead employees to accidentally under report hours due to the "view by weeks".

Affordable HR systems with essential hr functions

Great software.
The reporting capabilities that Zenefits offers are great. The users can create their own or use the ones provided by the software. They offer to manage benefits, corporate liability insurance, FSA as well as commuter benefits. Payroll synchronizes easily if used with one of their partners. With Zenefits, the user can have an insight on everything. This payroll software just keeps everyone's information in one place and it is secure. The implementation specialists on boards are amazing and very helpful. The integration that it provides with other applications is very unique. It seamlessly integrates with different applications without any overhead. It has streamlined so many business and payroll processes for us. Great software.
