Great software to track user information

I am using Zoho CRM to get users' leads from our website contact form. Zoho CRM provides a variety of codes to add records on-site so users can edit that form as per their requirement, even though Zoho can create custom fields in case any of the areas do not match the actual criteria.

We use the CRM's sales pipeline (Deal management) to maintain client information, but we like it for managing clients (sales pipeline). Zoho allows you to customize the process, adding and renaming columns as required. It's simple to move individuals through the process and see how long they've lingered in a particular column, for example. It has been challenging

Zoho seems to provide a perfect solution on the cover, it's feature loaded and you can start for free which is a great incentive. In the long ruñ, it's a pain, different features don't talk to each other well, connecting Zoho to any other system is almost impossible. It took my team 2 years to fully let go of Zoho,it's that hard to migrate out of it. Only use it if you are comfortable with thr functionalities you see and your product will not need more new integrations or features.

They had a good user interface and design to access easily and it has hight speed response but their customer support is little poor . I think they need to work on to clear some bugs like over lapping and mobile user interface both on their Zoho mail and CRM products I'm using both

Good CRM for MSME

Overall this is a good product. However to use it to the fullest you also need to sign into their other services like invoices, books, and campaigns. Each module costs additional. At times it becomes a drag if you don't have an in-house tech team. Especially when you want to use more features and want to figure out how to make that compatible with data at hand.

Great Software and amazing services

Zoho CRM software offers small to large-sized business organizations a complete client relationship life cycle management solution. It manages sales, marketing, customer service as well as inventory in a single system. The software integrates with Zoho Mail and is very affordable as compared to its competitors. My staff and I have been using Zoho CRM for a year now. The "How To" guides are in depth and they answer all the questions that a user is searching for. Once the overall setup is done and the system is up and running, Zoho is the best CRM system. We love its Sales Inbox feature and the way it separates the salesmen's emails. My staff also uses Zoho CRM app on their phones and they are very impressed. To be honest, we've never had a CRM software as easy as Zoho. It's very different from the other software in its category. The customer support has been exemplary all this while. The representatives were available even on weekends to answer our queries during the initial setup. Great software, intuitive interface and amazing service!
