It is not at all user friendly...
One of the worst software which I can think of and also not at all user friendly.As a CA, I never recommend this software.

Simple correction do not have a shortcut step
Zoho is a simple software but complicates the process. What is with the restriction on characters at Zoho. Certain places where we want to give a descriptive note it does not allow and here it asks me for min 200 characters. How does that benefit you?

Salary calculations and processing takes place smoothly
Cons
1) There is no way of editing a single employee in a payroll that has been run. We need to reverse the whole payroll edit the employee related to taxes etc and re run for all employees again and check for all employees if it is correct or not. 2) We cannot hire an employee post payroll run for the month. We pay salaries on 28 of the month so I cannot have any employee joining on 29, 30 and 31 it has to be on 1st of the following month. Its a strange rule.

Well organised Payroll Processing
Payroll processing has become ease that the stress of meeting the date timeline is met with confidence, thanks to Zoho. Small features like payrun of multiple batches viz billable or non billable salary components can be a part of payroll instead of zoho people.

Zoho payroll is easy to implement without engaging any third party implementor. Product manuals are very precise. Best after-sales support. Timely updates.

Awesome Product For Indian Payroll Management
The product will make your life easy for all payroll, TDS, PF, Tax declaration, Salary revision etc. Only issue I felt is that the support team once they hit a wall, they won't help. We have an open issue pending for more than 3 months, where we are unable to integrate Zoho payroll with our bank account. All of the solutions provides so far are impossible to do for a customer.
