Nice One

Pretty decent. I really like the advanced and custom analytics which gives you a lot of data points to explore and track. Loved it. The various reports section gave me some insights I myself didn't know I need to track or exist in my firm.

The app works quite well for the free package. There are times when operations load late, but overall it is quite efficient. Candidates' information can be classified according to the recruiter's needs, calendars are synchronized very well, and emails are sent in seconds. A very useful specification is that the profiles and personal information of the candidates are filled in automatically in the applications when the CV is uploaded, which is very useful and helps us to reduce working time a lot. In conclusion, it is an useful and efficient recruitment app and I will continue to use it.

Good ATS for Recruiters

So far so good, I like that I am able to organize my candidate pipeline and properly maintain my database. I need more time to figure out all the features and it's still a work in progress. I love it so far, i tried others trials before this one but the final price was out side my budget, most of the free ones are not cloud base and the cloud base ones are very limited. Cons

We often hire for remote workers, so it doesn't frequently matter where the candidates live as long as they're qualified. The thing I liked least about Recruit is that the tool doesn't easily allow its users to post a job in multiple cities - you need to create a job post for each city.

What a fantastic system

Very please so far although I am still learning the rope but there is full support at hand all along the way if and when needed plus I haven't been put on hold yet and they will always give you a call back if they are too busy to take your call straight away - the system is very up to date and I think this will be massive for the recruitment industry and other businesses that tend to follow a process - it's very professional and efficient.

Overall the product is great and does what you would expect from a recruiter's point of view. The interface and resume parsing features are better than most products available. The resume parsing feature is good. The integrations of directly importing the resume form the email is also fab.

I am still using the trial version and found that there was no integration with dropbox. I may be wrong and might know more when I explore a bit more.

Sophisticated yet ease of use

I think this is great if your recruitment department has a standard set up and org structure, otherwise significant effort to configure the platform is required. We would also like to see how the ATS develops its relationship with other job sites such as Jobstreet.ph; at the moment, there is a meaningful amount of manual effort required to have Zoho recruit speak to it.

It always explains very clearly what the problem can be and how to solve it. But I can only recommend Zoho Recruit to everyone, it guides you well through the application process. You understand it, even if you've never done any recruiting before. The tool provides a nice overview of the stage applicants are in. Most of all I liked the Blueprint, which tells you exactly what you have to do for each applicant. In all Zoho software I like the help function.

It can be confusing. Sometimes there are almost too many features to choose from, at least for small businesses where you don't necessarily need all these features. For example the difference between the Workflwo, Blueprint and so on.

I liked that it was really easy to set up and integrate with our company website. I looked at a number of recruitment platform options before settling with Zoho and I am glad I did. Following the demo, I noticed several features that other platforms didn't have, including some I hadn't even thought of! I also liked the option to add several recruiters. It was easy to give different team members access to the platform to sift through CVs and narrow down the candidates. Once I look through the job openings that have been posted, I know at a quick glance how many candidates I've got in the running for interviews.

Cons

My greatest challenge is being able to get all of our job postings to align and look the same after I create/save the post. Even after applying the same font, text, spacings, etc., I have to tweak quite a bit for it to appear in the format I want. Furthermore, the text doesn't always appear as I'd like it to on the website. This is a bother if you're a perfectionist and want all the spacing, font and formatting to be consistent.

Very useful for recruitment companies who want the team to use one software to run their entire business. We used to use Google HIRE, but now we have switched back to ZOHO. One Stop Shop

Our organization operates within the technology space, consulting for larger companies (data mining). We often assistance in hiring/placement to these companies. We work with multiple recruiters and rely on email and meetings in order to conduct this process. It has become quite cumbersome, with interviews and/or people falling thru the cracks. We are looking for an Applicant Tracking Tool that could manage the process for us. We happen to be testing 3 at this time. The platform also offers quite a bit of front end/back end customization/branding. I also found it a challenge to change some backend customizations/fields and there isn't much forum/direct customer assistance that can be found during the trial phase.

Although the tool offers a large feature/functionality set, I found it to be a bit buggy at times. The UI/UX are too simplistic; the client branding/customization functions are very limiting in terms of uploading/logo placement, new field creation.

Zoho Recruit is fantastic for independent recruiters

When I first started as an independent recruiter working by myself I started my candidate management system using only excel, a home network hard drive and folders. This method cost me a lot of time and was open to causing errors. Also if the drive crashed that means I lost everything. Sure I can back up to my google drive but that is another step and more time. With ZOHO Recruit all this is addressed and no concerns of losing my data.

The best Recruitment Software I've seen in a long time

So far so good. I like that they are already integrated into most major job portals in SA, they have a great looking candidate portal, the search seems to work (although I'd like to do some more testing), uses Daxtra import (not perfect, but good enough). I also like the look and feel, easy to use interface, it's also very intuitive. From what I can see, it's a no mess - no fuss system that will not require weeks and months of planning to set it up for your environment.

I really liked the user experience and the automations that the system brings, it is interesting how it filters the candidates according to previous evaluations, although even that functionality is not too automated and the process is quite manual.

Cons

I did not like integrations with other recruiting platforms very much, for Mexico there were very few job boards attached. In addition, it is not possible for candidates to integrate directly into the client's portal, having to necessarily accept all candidates even if they comply with the previous evaluations.

Love Zoho

I have been recruiting for 25+ years and since ATS systems have been used I have used several and have found that Zoho has allowed me the flexibility to use what I need and adapt things to my specific needs without needing to spend a lot of time learning how to do things or worse yet having to adapt how I do things to their system. Also, the price is easy to justify!

Good Software

I find very commendable in Zoho!

Zoho saves a lot of manual effort and time. It easily provides end to end details of candidates, along with every minute step of recruitment process.
